No. As long as we have access to the areas where your Christmas lights will be installed and an outdoor electrical outlet, you do not need to be home during the installation.

Many of our customers are at work or away while we install their display. We'll complete the installation, test the lights to make sure everything is working properly, and let you know when your display is ready to enjoy.

If we have any questions during the installation, we'll contact you right away. Otherwise, you can come home to a professionally installed holiday lighting display without having to rearrange your schedule.

Service calls are rare, but they do happen. If you notice a section of lights that's out or something doesn't look right, simply text Plaza Lights a photo of the entire front of your home or business—not a close-up of the issue. A full-property photo helps us quickly identify your lighting layout and determine exactly where to go when we arrive.

As an annual Plaza Lights customer, your lighting system is protected by our 100% Seasonal Warranty. The warranty covers bulbs, clips, wiring, timers, and extension cords that need to be repaired or replaced due to normal seasonal use.

Our expectation is simple: your lighting system should be working 100% of the time throughout the holiday season. If a repair is needed, we'll schedule a service visit and get your display looking its best again as quickly as possible.

Yes. Plaza Lights provides everything needed for a professional Christmas light installation, including commercial-grade LED Christmas lights, custom-cut wiring, clips, timers, extension cords, and all installation materials. Every lighting system is custom measured and built specifically for your home, business, or HOA property to create a clean, professional appearance.

Your lighting system is yours to own. At the end of the season, we'll carefully remove, package, and label your lights so they're ready for next year. Most residential customers store their lighting at home, while commercial customers have the option of professional off-season storage through Plaza Lights.

As long as you remain an annual Plaza Lights customer, your lighting system is backed by our 100% Seasonal Warranty. If a bulb burns out, a clip breaks, wiring is damaged through normal seasonal use, or a timer or extension cord needs to be replaced, we'll repair or replace it to keep your display looking its best throughout the holiday season.

No. You've probably heard the saying, "You always get what you pay for," and we've found that's especially true with Christmas lighting. Plaza Lights installs only the commercial-grade lighting systems that we provide.

Low-cost, retail, and online lighting products simply aren't our thing. We've built our business around professional-grade materials that are custom cut for each property, designed to last, and backed by our 100% Seasonal Warranty for annual customers. Using one proven system allows us to deliver the quality, reliability, and appearance our customers expect year after year.

Because we can't verify the quality, condition, or compatibility of lighting products purchased elsewhere, we do not install customer-supplied Christmas lights. This includes products purchased from retail stores, online marketplaces, and Govee permanent lighting systems.

Every home and business is a different size, so every project is priced based on the amount of lighting required. Our minimum investment for a first-season installation is $400.

For rooflines and gutters, Plaza Lights charges by the linear foot, so you only pay for the lighting that's installed on your home or business. Trees, shrubs, wreaths, garland, and other specialty lighting are custom priced because every property is unique. A 6-foot shrub requires far fewer lights than a 12-foot shrub, and every tree has its own size, shape, and lighting requirements.

We believe that's the fairest way to price a project. It's similar to buying a gallon of gas—you only pay for what you receive.

Every estimate is free and includes a custom lighting design with clear, upfront pricing and no hidden fees.

We typically begin removals after the first of the year. If snow, ice, or wet roof conditions are present, we may delay removal until it's safe to do so.

As firefighters, safety is part of who we are. We don't climb onto roofs covered with snow, ice, or moisture unless it's a rescue. Christmas light removal is not an emergency. We'll wait until conditions are safe before removing your display.

Once conditions improve, we'll schedule your takedown, carefully remove and package your lighting system, and leave your property looking just as clean as when we arrived. Commercial customers also have the option of off-season storage through Plaza Lights.m description
